Aims and Scope
Spine is an internationally oriented, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to cutting-edge basic research and clinical innovation in spinal disorders. The journal is committed to fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and advancement in spinal surgery, with a primary focus on degenerative spinal diseases, spinal deformity correction, spinal trauma management, and minimally invasive techniques. We strongly advocate for and support an interdisciplinary research paradigm that integrates biomechanics, materials science, digital technology, and clinical medicine. Our goal is to provide foundational scientific insights and innovative solutions for the precise diagnosis and personalized treatment of spinal conditions, thereby enhancing the overall standard of clinical care in spinal health.
Scope of Contributions
The journal invites original research articles, reviews, and reports on frontier advancements in the following areas:
Pathomechanisms of Degenerative Spinal Diseases: Basic research at the molecular, cellular, and biomechanical levels.
Biomechanics and Correction Strategies for Spinal Deformities: Biomechanical analysis, design of corrective procedures, and clinical outcome evaluation.
Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery: Novel techniques, intraoperative navigation, and visualization systems.
Spinal Implants and Biomaterials: Development of novel implants, evaluation of biocompatibility and mechanical properties.
Comprehensive Management of Spinal Trauma: Accurate diagnosis, multidisciplinary treatment approaches, and systematic rehabilitation protocols.
Applications of Digital Orthopedics and 3D Printing: Computer-aided design, surgical planning, and personalized implant fabrication.
