Abstract:Spinal surgery is a common surgical treatment method. The management of anesthesia, especially the selection and dosage control of anesthetics, directly affects patients' postoperative recovery status. Postoperative cognitive dysfunction is a common complication after spinal surgery, which is related to the inhibitory effect of anesthetics on the central nervous system. However, there is currently no systematic dose-response correlation study on how different anesthetics and dosages affect postoperative cognitive function in spinal surgery patients, leaving a lack of precise reference for clinical optimization of anesthesia protocols. This article focuses on systematically exploring the effects of commonly used anesthetics such as propofol, remifentanil, and dexmedetomidine on postoperative cognitive function in spinal surgery patients at different dosages.
Keywords : anesthetic drug dosage;postoperative cognitive function;spinal surgery
